Nice and close to Thong Lor station, staff were kind and friendly. Space was clean and tidy, and facilities were well maintained.

L'accueil très sympathique, la navette gratuite pour la station de métro (même si pas utilisé), la piscine sur le toit, une literie très confortable, le mini bar, les bouteilles d'eau mis à disposition dans la chambre chaque jour, la proximité à pied avec des commerces....
Rien à redire. Très bon séjour dans cet établissement !

The room was spacious. Front desk staff and the man in charge of the golf cart rides were incredibly helpful and kind. The mini golf cart to local spots was so charming and much appreciated.
A lot. The room was incredibly dirty when we arrived. The floor was not mopped, not even swept. There was hair and debris on the floor. The kitchen counters were sticky and not wiped. Plates had food marks on them. Toilet was not clean. Daily house keeping in general was poor despite laying a complaint. In addition, I believe cleaning staff accessed the room and fitted on a top that was hanging by the door as the body odor on the top that was not yet worn by the guest, was so bad that it was unwearable. The front desk needs revamping so it looks more formal as it's just a tiny table in the front. Hallways need a new coat of paint and the rooms smell a bit odd like fungal or dampness? My issues were mainly with lack of maintenance and poor cleaning staff services. Front desk people were lovely though.
