We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson!
One of the things we appreciated most was that some of the staff spoke Russian. It was very helpful and made communication much easier for us.
The restaurant downstairs was a wonderful surprise — we loved the pleasant music, the friendly staff and, of course, the food. Everything we tried was delicious, and the portions were generous.
The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful! There are so many lovely spots and details that we wanted to take photos everywhere. The whole place has such a lovely atmosphere.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. Thank you for making our trip even more special! ❤️
There is one thing we think could be improved — the welcome and check-in experience.
We arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time. The man at the reception desk spoke very little English, so it was quite difficult for us to understand each other. We eventually found a place to wait for our room by ourselves.
At first, we were a little disappointed with the way we were welcomed, as we felt that the staff were not very interested in helping us. We expected a warmer and more attentive welcome, especially at a hotel of this level.
It would be great if guests arriving early could be shown where they can comfortably wait, perhaps offered a menu, and given some basic information about the hotel and its facilities.
We also think it would be helpful to have a more communicative English-speaking person at the reception who could at least provide guests with the basic information and make them feel more welcome upon arrival.
These are small things, but they could make the first impression and overall guest experience much better.

Modern structure in Kas.
The staff still needs to be properly trained as they often forget to clean the room & provide essential needs. Breakfast is very basic and withiut variety. The beach facility is very crowded, uncomfortable sunbeds and lacks variety in menu.

Отель заявляет себя 5ти звездночным, но на каждом шагу мы спотыкались с трудностями. Во первых, мы сняли номер с кроватью king размера, на деле нам предоставили номер с двумя отдельными кроватями и сказали, во всем виноват booking. Отвратительный сервис и коммуникация, персонал отвратительно разговаривает по английски, не выполняет просьбы вроде бронирования стола в ресторане, а после делает вид, что впервые об этом слышит. Такая же история с клинингом, мы каждый день после уборки обращались на ресепшн, потому что все время забывали что то донести и тд. При заселении нам не дали больших полотенец, сказав что у них их нет, благо на след день ситуация исправилась. Неделя отдыха с мужем была омрачена вечными трудностями.
