Our stay was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is in a great location, the staff are friendly, and both the facilities and the room views are absolutely beautiful. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and the main tour meeting points.
As a vegan, I think the breakfast could be more vegan-friendly, although there are some fruit options available.

The location is very close to the bus station, which is practical. The view from the terrace is nice and the room comfortable with a good air-con for this time of year.
We were on the top floor and no help was given to carry our bags to the top. The property is listed as a boutique hotel and I believe with the price you pay for the terrace apartment, this is expected and we experienced this in all other hotels in Turkey where they didn’t have lifts. The hotel manager was quite rude when we requested plates for snacks, and didn’t feel this was an unreasonable request as they didn’t provide dinner options. The breakfast was very average and was advertised as a “Turkish breakfast”.

Staff was extremely friendly particularly Mr. Yakup in reception. He did everything to make us comfortable and meet our demands. Turkish breakfast was open buffet and delicious! Facility was clean as well. Overall parking is not a problem - you always find somewhere on the road. Overall I recommend this hotel.
The location is quite close to the city center (around 700 meters), but due to hill, it gets challenging to climb back after dinner with hot weather. We stayed in a room looking at the main road which is noisy with traffic and mosque. If you can close the window and sleep full night under AC, I guess wouldn’t be a no problem. Unfortunately, internet was not stable in the room (possibly in only our room in the 2nd floor #1 as it is far from the router).

Hotel is located quite close to city centre and had parking slots on the road. The host was making breakfast with his wife and the quality of the products was fine.
Be aware that this hotel is next to a mosque, so every day we woke up at 5AM. Besides, the host didn't want to give us beach towels and was insisting on paying in cash, which was a bit disturbing.
For the rest – it quite worth the value, so if you are planning to visit Kas, you can definitely consider this option.
