Lovely staff in this hotel. We stayed 4 nights and it was a pleasant stay.

We went with my husband for our honeymoon for three nights During our first night, we had our washroom door closed and it smelt very humid we were unable to sleep the entire night. After I talked to the office they told me that the room has never smelt like that and that they gave us the best honeymoon suite. I told the lady that she could come view our room, after she was like it does smell like moisture let me see if I can solve it. I’m not sure what they did but they immediately got rid of the smell which occurred again a couple hours alter. The lady would not let us cancel our reservation or move to another room because it was full. I was very disappointed. Besides this, the building is on a high slope, it was very hard to walk or drive. They indicate that they have parking available, buts it’s only the few spots (around 15) in front of the building. The hotel did have a nice view and we were on the fourth floor ocean view.

We stopped at this hotel last week for a night on our way to Fethiye. We liked the hotel, so booked it again on our way back home.
The hotel has fantastic views & a nice pool. My husband was cycling and they gave him a safe place within the staff area to park his bike for the night.
I was travelling by bus & this hotel is good, ss it is just a short walk from the bus station

Hotel overall is not bad but its really up the hill and if you are not ready walk, I would not recommend. They don't have bell boys or help you carry luggage. Hotel staff did not speak one word of english which was difficult because you can't even ask the simple question.
I asked if they had a iron and we had to show a picture to make them understand what I'm asking for. They indicated they only had one which was not available that day.
Breakfast was a joke as most dishes were empty and did not refill.
Toiletries such as shampoo were put in tiny reusable bottles that looked gross without label.

Great hotel. Easy to get to from bus station. Lovely room with great views from the balcony & even better views from the top floor restaurant. A really good powerful shower. Even though it is October, I made good use if the pool.
The only negative is the proximity of the mosque, which woke us at 6am

Front desk receptionist did not understand English. There is a very strong odor that emits from the bathroom that is uncomfortable musty. Could be mold or from the sewer system fuming into the pipes, my room was on the 4th floor I believe mold, no sewer.

Booked this hotel last minute and chose it as it provided parking for our car. Being on a hill it was quiet an incline for both parking & walking. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety, we enjoyed this over our two night stopover. The view at breakfast was pleasing. The shower was lacking hot water and water pressure. We had to take a blanket off the single bed as the blanket provided only fitted the width of the bed, too small to cover two people. Room size was small but manageable, it helped that adjoining room had single beds to have room to put our luggage without falling over it. The hotel was quiet noisy due to other guests and cars

The hotel is lovely with very friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Our room was very small but at the end of the day we only slept there. The only draw back was that the hotel is on a steep hill and i have asthma so it was a struggle for me. Other than the position of the hotel its a really lovely hotel.

Positives: The rooms were very clean and made us feel comfortable during the current health situation and the breakfast itself was delicious. The pool area is also very nice and Caner who works at the pool area was super helpful and we appreciated it.
However, we wish we could say more good about the hotel, but we thought the biggest issue was the management. The staff is barely smiling and not looking happy to work there. Everything revolves around money and greed as opposed to making people feel at home.
We asked for a couple of water bottles as promised to be provided daily and for some reason they looked annoyed. Right after another couple asked for bottles of water only to be told that they would be charged, the couple returned bottles. After they left the manager loudly nearby us complained and said they should give no more free water to guests, which made us feel very uncomfortable as we felt like we were being yelled at too.
Not to mention the manager walked by us several times but never acknowledged our presence, no hi no hello, which shows poor hospitality and lack of caring for her guests.
Warning: Don't book a boat tour with the hotel. They are charging 200 liras for a daily boat tour to Kekova from Kas when you can easily find one for 150 liras, they take 50 liras as a commission, every other hotel we stayed at tried to negotiate the price down for us and we were very shocked they tried to make extra money off of us.

Trip was amazing .. hotel was quiet as out of season but staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was lovely and the view over Kas was fantastic as were elevated. Will definitely be looking to rebook.

Excellent location with truly stunning views over Kas. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel and pool area are spotlesslt clean. It was a pleasure to stay here. The hotel is on a steep hill so may not be suitable for some but the effort is well worth it.

The bottom line is that this is an excellent property in a fantastic location with a great vibe. Spotlessly clean, with ever helpful staff who speak a good or above level of English.
We visited in Eid in June 2019 for a 5 day leisure trip as a couple on a bed and breakfast deal. Flew into Antalya and then caught a taxi to Kas.
Pre-arrival: questions were always answered promptly and completely. They booked us a transfer from Antalya to Kas with no fuss.
Check in: swift and painless. Answered all of our questions and offered to walk us down to our diving firm's location the following morning.
Room: compact (but they state this on their website) and spotlessly clean. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Balcony was big enough for both of us to sit out on it, and the view of Kas from it was amazing.
Breakfast: plentiful and expansive cold buffet. A great selection of breads, salads, sausage, and cheeses. Obviously there was tea, coffee and water available. Staff very polite and helpful.
Check out: our flight was late evening, and so we needed a late check out (until 1200 - no problems at all). But what was amazing was that they let us use the facilities until we left, stored our luggage for free, and had a shower room for us to freshen up (complete with clean towels) prior to leaving.
