The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home in Storey Lake Resort – a spacious seven-bedroom, five-bathroom home with high-speed Wi-Fi and room for 18 guests to spread out and relax.
SLEEPING: Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king bed, Bedrooms 6 and 7 each have a queen bed, Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have two bunk beds – the kids' favorites – and Bedroom 1 has two single beds. Five full bathrooms (private and shared) keep mornings easy.
LIVING: a bright open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen for big family meals, and a washer and dryer inside the home. Towels and linens are provided, plus a welcome kit with basic essentials to kick off your stay (replacing its items is the guest's responsibility).
OUTDOORS: your own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival.
RESORT: the real highlight is Storey Lake's impressive Hideaway Club, with its large resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash park, mini golf, fitness center and tiki bar – ideal for families looking for a lot of fun.
LOCATION: just 6 minutes to Walmart, 13 minutes to Walt Disney World, 14 minutes to the Premium Outlets and about 24 minutes to Universal Studios.

The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, kitchen, laundry and all seven bedrooms. Registered guests also get full access to the Storey Lake Resort amenities: the state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness center, business center and day spa, plus the lazy river, water slides, putting green, playground, splash park and resort-style pool (all guest names must be registered before arrival).
STOREY LAKE RESORT: Provide your booking confirmation and ID to the guard for an access code during your stay. Clubhouse address: 4693 Fairy Tale Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34746. Parking is available at the home.
The Neighborhood:
Storey Lake Resort is one of Kissimmee's favorite family resorts – a gated community just 2.5 miles from Disney Springs. The Hideaway Club will make every guest's stay memorable: a state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness center, business center and day spa, plus a lazy river, water slides, putting green, playground, splash park, resort-style pool, a tiki bar with cold drinks and delicious snacks, and a volleyball court. There are also multiple sports courts to enjoy within the community.
Right outside the gates you'll find Walmart, Target, Publix, restaurants and the shops of Vineland Avenue and Lake Buena Vista.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 25 minutes by car; Osceola Parkway and I-4 whisk you to Walt Disney World in about 13 minutes, the Premium Outlets in 14 and Universal Studios in about 24. Walmart is just 6 minutes away. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.
Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.
GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.
POOL & SPA HEATER: The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.
GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.
HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.
AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

The house was the perfect size for our group. It could use a little sprucing up, but all in all, service was great.

The home was beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for our group of 10. The location was perfectly situated with less than 30 minute drives for both Disney and Universal. The game room was really nice, as well, especially for the babies (1 and 2 years old) to toddle about in. The beds were comfortable. In particular, we found the host to be extremely responsive to any issues we had.I couldn't give a full 5-star rating simply because there were so many little issues that came up that we ended up needing to contact the host frequently. They addressed concerns when they could quickly, but being on vacation, I really would have preferred to NOT have to deal with issues such as a sliding glass door not working, the washing machine not working, and some mis-assembled furniture issues. Regardless, I would definitely recommend the house to anyone who needs a lot of space for a large group. A couple notes not impacting the rating: The original listing of the house mentioned a pool AND spa, but there is no spa/hot tub. I wouldn't have booked the house knowing this, since combing back from long days at the park, a hot tub is a must, so hopefully they have updated the listing to make this clear. Also, they send a text message with QR codes that you need to scan into the neighborhood, but these came unannounced and when I got them, they seemed like spam, so deleted them. I called, and they re-sent them. The gates were broken, so didn't matter. We drove in the exit.

We loved our time at this house! Several families stayed here for a volleyball tournament. There was plenty of room to sleep, hangout, and enjoy time together between and after games. We loved the pool and the vicinity to the community pool too. And, it is close to shopping and restaurants. It was a great week away!
