What a perfect location. We were able to do everything we wanted and more. There were some unforeseeable issues but they were handled even though the communication could have been a little better. Dave and Claudia were gracious hosts and offered local knowledge that helped us enjoy our trip.

Three bedrooms, all with queen beds allow a family places to sleep. The beds were okay, the bedding was sufficient (there could be more blankets for the colder nights). The house you stay in, is above a basement that the owners live in (and control thermostat). There isn't much yard for children to run around in, so the house is pretty much it for getting day-trip wiggles out.
Well-equipped for any culinary need, bring your own ziplock baggies for your day trips. Close to Kanab/Fredonia so running into town is easy. Right off hiway 89, but far enough off it you don't hear it.

Dave and Claudia made us feel right at home. Communication with our hosts was extremely affective and we enjoyed our personal interactions with Dave and Claudia. The accommodations were clean comfortable and provided everything we needed. I highly recommend this lodging if you plan to visit the Kanab area.

This house is well-appointed and very comfortable! The location is perfect; far enough outside Kanab to feel away, yet close enough to enjoy the restaurants (Rocking V Cafe is the BEST; Try the bread pudding - the best dessert EVER!!). We loved this home and still miss it!
