This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located steps from the beach in the luxurious Kings Crown community and can accommodate up to 7 with the use of the air mattress. During your stay, enjoy access to community amenities including a pool and tennis courts. Look forward to returning from a day at the beach to sip a cocktail on the lanai and gaze out upon the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico! -- THE PROPERTY -- Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Additional Sleeping: Air Mattress, Pack-n-Play Inside this condo, you’ll find 2,000 square feet of beautifully appointed living space and an open concept floor plan that’s flooded with natural light on sunny afternoons. As a guest at the Kings Crown condo community, you’ll have access to a community pool and tennis courts when you’re not relaxing in the condo or lounging on the beach! Your favorite place to spend your time may be out on the 20-foot lanai that overlooks the pool and ocean. This is the ideal place to start your day with a fresh cup of coffee, and end it with a refreshing cocktail! If you need to get any work done while you’re on vacation, feel free to use the wireless printer and free WiFi to stay in contact with the office. In addition to free WiFi, the condo has 4 flat-screen TVs with DVD players for all of your entertainment needs. Sanibel is chock-full of tasty seafood restaurants - but there’s no need to dine out when you have your own kitchen! The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the appliances, cookware, and dishes you need to prepare your favorite recipes from the comfort of your home-away-from-home. Enjoy your meals at the 6-person dining table, the breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, or out on the lanai! Dive under the covers in one of the 3 bedrooms when it’s time to call it a night! The master bedroom has a king bed, and the other 2 bedrooms both offer queen-sized beds.
