Florence is an excellent place to visit and Boboli Terrace – Flo Apartments was a good place to stay. The location is excellent and we found it very quiet too. Being on the Santo Spirito side of the Ponte Vecchio provides some respite from the crowds. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and the air-conditioning works well. It was very hot while we stayed in Florence so we could not use the terrace which was a pity as it looks like a nice space. The host is responsive.
We had an electrical outage in the middle of the night that we were unprepared for. It appeared that the kitchen air-conditioning unit had a fault which tripped a protection device. We turned the kitchen air-conditioning unit off and had no further problem during our five-day stay. Host has arranged for specialist to attend to fault which was probably a one-off thing that happened during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the beds were extremely comfortable. Whilst the air conditioning wasn’t the most powerful, the shutters ensured that the apartment remained cool. Excellent facilities to cook and a very nice, large shower.
A bit difficult to locate the property as there were two of the same number on the street and some ants. This is to be expected, however, with the extremely high temperatures. The host helped us manage this and also helped us when we struggled to enter the property.
