This large home comes with plenty of space for large groups both indoor and out with a large stationary and floating dock with huge upper deck, hot tub and fire pit terrace for enjoying the beautiful lake views. The home features a spacious, open floor plan with large windows overlooking the lake providing abundant natural light and views. Fully furnished with chef's dream kitchen, Comcast high speed WiFi, 2 large LED TVs with Xfinity cable and lots of room for family/friends on each of it's three floors and outdoor spaces. All the lake amenities that you could ask for are included with an oversized Raised Deck over the main dock, Floating Dock, Hot Tub, Private Swimming Area, Fire Pit, Large Upper Deck and Lower Patio, Game/Rec Room, Pool Table, Large LED TVs, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Boat Anchoring and more! The main entry level has a large open living room with floor to ceiling windows, 70" LED TV, BluRay Player, a well equipped kitchen (commercial stove/hood!) for cooking and eating with large groups, Master Bedroom (see bed sizes below), Master Bathroom and a half bathroom. The upper level includes landing/loft area open to lake views below, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. The lower level has a large Rec Room with Pool Table, Wet Bar, Fridge, 55" LED TV, 1 Bedroom and Full Bathroom. Both the main, lower level including the bedrooms lead out to large outdoor spaces which are a convenient ways to enjoy the views and lake. Main level deck features a gas grill and abundant seating and tables for maximizing time outdoors during meals or morning coffee. Beautiful property with amazing screened porch, grill, dock, and ridiculously large kitchen. Worked out great for four families, all with kids, to stay for a week. The only downside was that the kids were too young to really enjoy all the water activities and the nearest attractions/playgrounds were a drive. Recommend for families with kids that are old enough to swim. Oversight on our part, not a flaw of the house.

What a fabulous place. The house was amazing, the view was spectacular and it was just perfect. We came for a memorial for my sister who passed away a month ago. After the service the family came back to the house and enjoyed each other. The home was so large it gave many areas to hang out all with a beautiful view

Lovely home in a great location. Steep hill to house but once you knew what to expect we could deal with it. The house has to be numbered at the top of hill for better identification. Everyone had a great time. Would definitely stay again.

I would definitely rent this house again. I read a few complaints about the steep driveway. We didn’t mind it at all, the alternative would be a long steep walk down to the lake or a whole lot of stairs. This house has a relatively short walk down to the dock/lake. Located in a nice quite cove!

This lake house was lovely. It was on a great part of the lake with easy access to amenities. The house was clean and easily accommodated our large group. The house was private and had deep water off the dock. It is a steep trip down to the lake, but with planning ahead you can eliminate unnecessary trips back up!

It was emabarassing, I rented the not cheep to me place and there was no running water but sporadically. Couldn’t get showers everyday unless you babysat the faucet. I called the phone number left and she chuckled and said it was a known problem. We couldn’t flush the toilets at times! Half the outside lights didn’t work, including the ones on the stairs to the deck. Top step going down literally broke and my friend fell down every step. When originally renting it didn’t mention that the driveway was extremely steep. Was mentioned in pretrip text a week before. Pictures should included one of all the steps going down to the dock. We made the most of a bad situation, but what else could we do after driving all the way to get there. No consistent running water and I mean not a drop at times. That’s unacceptable to me. To much money to not be able to take a shower after swimming in the lake all day. We have stayed at SML 4 years in a row without any issue like this. Will not stay at there properties ever again and will warn others to avoid. You knew about the water situation and still rented and didn’t even discuss with me?

This house is beautiful with gorgeous views of the lake. It's a spacious home with lots of natural light and plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy. It was perfect for our getaway with family. We went in February and and will definitely go again.

Nice big, house with 3 big bedrooms with attached baths and king size beds (great mattresses !!) plus 2 other bedrooms. Wonderful kitchen with modern appliances. The driveway is oddly steep. We left our SUV at the top of the hill and got good exercise (not easy for 60 year olds) climbing the hill up and down. We enjoyed this fine house and our weekend stay. Sean was responsive to my queries.

We enjoyed our stay very much. One recommendation for the owner to consider that would have made it even better… Additional “comfy” seating in the living room. Perhaps a small sofa between TV and Fireplace or even a recliner. Fine for us with only 5 people but larger parties would be challenged.

We rented the house for a Fall family reunion. The house was perfect, wonderful BIG kitchen, open floor plan and perfect size bedrooms. The hot tub and fire pit was a bonus, especially bc it was a little chilly. The driveway is VERY steep! Overall, it was Awesome and would rent again!

A beautiful property on the lake, it was everything we had hoped for. The deck was spacious and since our weather was excellent we got to take full advantage of that! The kitchen was great and lots of pantry storage as well. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this property again in the future.

The house was perfect for our two families with young children. The dock set-up was great for the kids, and the upper dock great for adults. Home owner was accessible and responsive. We appreciated that. The location on Smith Mountain Lake, in a small cove, was perfect and the last week in August proved to be quiet and very relaxing on the lake. Thank you for offering this great home for others!

This is our 3rd year staying at the property and we would return again. We love the location, and the property accommodates our group well with enough bedrooms/bath and large kitchen/living area. Highlights are the 2 story deck overlooking a great cove on the lake and the screened porch for morning coffee.
