Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home while you rest on the plush furniture bathed in natural light, stream a movie marathon on the large TV, or serve brunch poolside on the lanai. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated eat-in kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The boat lift is not available to guests. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: Backyard towards deck and Ring doorbell Dock details: Boat lift is not for guest use No Boat Docking at property Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. So many things. The layout of the house, the cul-de-sac, quiet neighborhood, the pool, the cove in back with dolphins, manatees and catching fish for dinner every day! Decorated so nice yet a cozy environment! Clean and nice everything!

Super Clean, nicely furnished from kitchen, bathroom, pool, fishing…tons of space , very nice low key , super quiet area close to shopping, just a magical place to call home for a brief time, me and my gf really loved it and will def be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The home was clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the private pool and spending time on the dock fishing. We were within roughly an hour drive of numerous beaches, and we enjoyed a couple of good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!
