Located only a few minutes outside of Atlanta, this inviting retreat is also conveniently located right next door to the DeKalb Farmers Market and is just a short drive from Stone Mountain Park. Downtown Decatur offers a buzzing commercial hub featuring tons of local dining options, boutiques, and galleries all within a few walkable blocks. The space comes fully furnished for contemporary home comfort. A central wood stove provides a cozy centerpiece in the living room, and a smart TV is equipped for casual downtime entertainment. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for home cooking, and the coffee maker even includes traditional drip and single-serve brew options for added convenience. A small brick patio and gas grill set the stage for southern-style barbecues. A dedicated desk is available in the bedroom for remote working. Additional perks include central air-conditioning and free WiFi. A shared washer/dryer is located on-site. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
