Courtyard Atlanta Decatur Downtown/Emory

I didn't eat breakfast, time wasn.t available, but the location was great.

Nicole, the receptionist was very rude, we asked for a room on the top floor with a view, she gave us a room on the second floor with and inside view and the smell of weed was very strong. Was not pleased at all, we had to walk so to the room to the garage and then we had a problem with the parking gate which took and hour of my time, I had to take a picture of my plates upon check in and she still inconvenienced us. The gate still wouldn't open.

Friendly staff was a big plus. Special praise for Nicole on reception

Bistro didn't have good coffee or breakfast, but there were nice cafes near the hotel.

It was clean and staff was friendly.

My breakfast when I first arrived was very expensive. Complimentary breakfast would have been nice.

Location downtown is walkable to many great spots and was close to my family in Decatur

The parking garage is poorly designed with narrow spaces and huge pillars that have been rubbed by cars frequently. The room was also not cleaned the three nights we stayed. They one time I know they tried we were trying to leave the room and needed 5 mins. Said hey to the worker when we left but I dont know if she spoke English so maybe she thought we didnt care about getting more coffee or towels.
