Welcome to The Pool House, the perfect getaway with a private pool for small families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a unique and inviting beach experience. This charming beach house boasts two cozy bedrooms, a galley space with two twin beds, and two full baths, ensuring ample room for everyone. A half bath on the main living level adds convenience and comfort.

The modern kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals for your loved ones. The open-concept design connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, allowing for quality time and shared experiences. And let's not forget the beach! The Pool House offers two convenient access points. Take a leisurely 5-7 minute stroll via 3rd Street to reach the beach, complete with public restrooms and outdoor showers. Alternatively, follow the newly installed sidewalks on 2nd Street for another scenic route to the sandy shores. Enjoying the sun, sand, and surf has never been easier!

The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
No Pets Allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Overall - highly recommend this house! Our family had a nice time!Pros:- the Mgmt company is ON IT. I will start with their website in the future when we return to book through them. They are prompt, very communicative and handle any/all possible issues right away. A.- the “container pool” is so great for the kids and we all loved it. - LOCATION! It is so so well situated! - Great kitchen/living room and porch area.- beds are so comfy!Neutral:- absolutely no extras – which again was not promised from the start/clearly stated in the listing but many rentals do typically have some pool toys or beach items. We left a boogie board :) Neutral/negative:- we had a few minor issues that mgmt fixed right away or offered to and we declined (again - mgmt A)- the master room - the shower is literally right next to the bed. It’s shown in the photos but I didn’t realize HOW close it is and that there is no door. If you’re waking up in the middle of the night and groggy trying to get to the bathroom - you’re running into it. Also - most oddly - there is no where to put any soap or razor in the shower so you have to leave it on the floor here and in the powder room/main floor sink. - the “loft” is more a landing. You walk up the stairs and the beds are right there. My kids were scared to sleep in a bed overlooking the stairs. We also had to pass through their “loft area” to go to our rooms. I think updating the description may help this :)

Loved this rental. The location was perfect - walkable to all the Folly Beach restaurants and a very easy & enjoyable walk to the beach (like 5-7 min). Lots of space to relax between the dining room, living room, and screened in porch. The shower in the bedroom was quirky. The pool was perfect for a mid-day cooling off when the beach felt too hot. We didn’t have a full understanding of the layout of the space so just want to make sure it’s clear to others — you pass through the loft area to access the two bedrooms. This is not a private space (or as ‘private’ of a space as any loft would provide). It wasn’t a problem just different than we expected.

Pros: location, clean, spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, very comfortable bedsCons: absolutely no extras. No beach towels. No blankets. No beach accessories.Overall we absolutely loved our stay. The location is so perfect. We walked to the beach. Rented bikes and went everywhere. The only thing we would have liked to have was anything to help us go to the beach. Cooler/chairs/towels or something. Even to dry off after the pool you have to use the bath towels. Which is fine but if we would have had any more than four people may have been an issue. With all this being said we would return. Folly beach has been one of our favorite locations so far.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is adorable and well appointed. Location was great easy access to the beach lots to do in the area. The only reason I gave this four instead of five stars is that we are two mature couples and the second bedroom and Upstairs bathroom were much smaller than the primary bedroom. This house would be perfect for families with children. And it was great for us, but I would just warn anyone about the discrepancy. We worked it out.
