Aucun petit-déjeuner possible mais il y a des cafés tout près. Grande chambre confortable, salle à manger-cuisinette, mal équipée (manque de couverts, d’assiettes), technologie pour les lumières, calme et vue superbe sur un grand parc.
Vous voulez que votre lit soit fait ? 30 Euros de supplément.
Vous voulez des serviettes propres ? 15 Euros de supplément.
Il faut vraiment arriver à partir de 15 h seulement. Porte fermée et personne à la réception avant.

+ The location was in a walking distance from Castiglioncello train station, the center, the beach, the Conad supermarket and the restaurants and cafés and there is a very nice park right next to the property.
+ Our room was actually a small apartment with a separate kitchen with a couch, a TV, a midsize fridge with a frezer, a sink, a microwave, a capsule coffee machine (which we did not use), a small electric stove and a couple of plates, coffee cups, cutlery, but no pots and pans.
+ The place seemed relatively recently renovated and modern.
+ The bed mattress was firm and comfortable.
+ Relatively quiet - we could hear the train a but but it was not so loud, it did not bother us.
- The entrance is a bit hidden when you arrive from the train station and the reception is up the stairs, which was a bit tough with big luggage. (Inside the building there is an elevator.)
- We got a room at the ground floor / basement, which was unpleasantly cold and dark because hardly any sun gets in.
- The air conditioning keeps switching back on, after you switch it off, making the room too cold.
- The floor of the shower corner was pretty dirty (moldy and not properly cleaned) and also the corners of the rooms were dusty.
- There is an outside terrace with glass doors and outdoor furniture, but the glass doors are not safe - they can be easily opened from the outside, so we kept the kitchen and room doors locked at all times to avoid strangers getting in.
+ The rack for drying wet swimwear was broken and rusty.
- There is too many confusing light switches.
- There is no shelf for shampoos in the shower and the sink surface gets wet so it is not a good place for placing cosmetic bags as they get wet.
- We had to buy toilet paper because there was only one roll.
- Electric sockets are a bit far from the bed.
- The area is rather fancy architecture-wise and the beaches are close but are not so nice and most of them are paid.
- It is hard to park in the area.

Nos gustó mucho que cuando apenas tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado, lo solucionaron enseguida. La ubicación es perfecta tanto para llegar desde el tren, como para ir a la playa y los alrededores del pueblo.
Además la cama era espectacularmente cómoda.
No me gustó que la ventilación del baño fuese muy pobre. Al ducharse, con la humedad y el calor del ambiente era incómodo estar en el baño por mucho tiempo y daba más calor que sensación de estar más fresca luego de la ducha.

De bedden waren geweldig. Ligging heel goed. Mooie ruimte
Het appartement had een keuken met oven en gasstel. Jammer genoeg waren er geen pannen, bestek, borden, glazen. Ik heb dat nagevraagd, en er werd gezegd jullie hebben een junior appartement, dus dat zit er niet bij in. De keuken heeft buiten de koelkast geen functie.
Van te voren is niet duidelijk wat er wel of niet bijhoort.
Wel een receptie, lijkt me ook totaal overbodig. Wel een heel vriendelijke dame.
Geen toiletpapier. Lijkt me gewoon een basis. Dat je verwacht dat huurders zelf eerst toiletpapier halen is volgens mij niet goed.
