Very decent for the price.
I would put some love into making the terrasse into a cafe to attract more business. The plants need watering. The fake plants should be thrown out. The lights should be changed to warm soft yellow not bright white. A lot could be done to make it more beautiful again and attract better customers. Also the room was missing hooks for hanging jackets, towels etc and a trashcan.
