We so appreciated the warm welcome from Fernanda and how accommodating everyone was. We drink drip coffee and there was a pod coffeemaker in the 2 bdroom apt we had. Fernanda was kind enough to have that switched out for a drip coffemaker.
There was also a lightbulb needed for a bedside lamp and it was delivered the same day. The location is great! Barely a block off the main shopping and dining street, Presidente Masaryk in Polanco.
Lots of great places to eat nearby. Easy for the Uber drivers to find. The showers were quickly hot with great water pressure and the beds were comfy. A/C units in bedrooms as well as the living room. Netflix and other streamers on the flat screens. ULIV-Parque Lincoln is everything you could need for a long weekend in Mexico City.
We can't think of anything, they even had starters of sugar and tea in the kitchen. Maybe an extra, empty, trash bag might be helpful for longer stays but that's a suggestion, not a criticism. The place was more than adequately equipped for a comfortable stay.

Safeguard at the entrance takes Pic of ID with his own mobile? It's doesn't seem a right procedure to take care of private info.
Room access is digital. That means every time you touched release a sound. If other guests arrive later you will hear the sounds from rooms on your floor. If that guest typed the wrong password, you will also hear the noise.
If your next door guest doesn't use headphones to take calls, you will be attending the call too!
Place emailed /whatass me several times before arrival.
Process to get invoice is silly. It's some hit like DIY.
