This beautiful 7 bed 7 bath 3 level property was featured in the 2023 Parade of Homes, and will not disappoint for any occasion! Apart from stunning rooms and finishes throughout, you will also find this rental offers a large selection of exciting amenities! Relax with the private hot tub and fire pit on the upper deck, or start some friendly competition with air hockey, ping pong, or board games inside. Get outside and explore on the included electric scooters, or get into the water and sun at the lagoon with the included paddle boards. Whatever you’re looking for for your vacation, we’re sure you’ll find it and more here at A Bit of Paradise. At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community! Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Deck on top of the Promenade Building on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Additionally, while staying in this property as our guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, and more! We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
