Overall, it was a great stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. They went above and beyond by holding my luggage after checkout and even giving us access to the spa facilities so we could get ready before leaving for an event.
The only downside was the noise. There are several bars directly across the street that stay open until 3–4 a.m. on weekends, which made it difficult to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind.
That said, the service was exceptional. There was a parade during my departure that prevented my Uber from reaching the hotel, and the doorman personally walked with me several blocks to help me find my driver. Small gestures like that made a big difference.
Aside from the noise, everything was excellent.

We love this hotel! Great staff, service and attention to details. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The only downside is the breakfast they should have a breakfast Buffett instead. Cereal or breakfast sandwich should be an option.

I was worried about previous comments regarding noise but it was not the case. I stayed in the 8th floor at the back of the building and the only noise I heard was the birds chirping softly in the morning. The property is very modern, everything is new and the standard room is more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The light breakfast was enough for me to get going in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. I could walk everywhere but there is also plenty of public transport nearby. Highly recommend it
