Although the room and the building have a somewhat outdated feel, it is still a very cost-effective accommodation in the bustling Tokyo area. The front desk staff can speak English and have been of great help.

The hotel is very conveniently located to explore west Tokyo, close to public transportation and many restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was super friendly and let us store our luggage for a few hours before we left for the airport.
A small improvement point would be to add some towel hangers in the shower area, and perhaps a small chair or piece of furniture to allow guest to put their things. It is also to be noted that the area around has a lot of bars and different services - this was not an issue for me and it’s not a problem with the hotel itself, but it’s worth mentioning as it may be an issue for other people.

The location was a 10 minute easy walk to and from the station. There were convenience stores nearby.
The facilities weren’t so great. The shower drained very slowly. The room was really dry with no ventilation or window. There were multiple spiders in the room. The staff left luggages outside the front of the hotel with no security.
