The host was friendly, respectful, and considerate. I had hung my wet kayak gear in the bathroom. He took the initiative to hang it outside until dry, then bring back inside while I was out. So greatly appreciated as I was back on the water the next day. Also, the location was a 6 minute drive to Waverly beach and a bike path. Very convenient … 5 minutes to any other amenity.
We were not given a key to our bedroom door.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well equipped, the breakfast was very good, and the host very welcoming and flexible, very good stay!

Great location, very quiet.
Walmart LCBO and No Frills are close by.
15 minutes away from the beach.
Victor our host was more than accommodating ensuring we had a hot breakfast the next morning. If you like summer garden produce this is certainly a treat.
When searching the pelican guest house on the app it shows a completely diffrent guest house (yellow building) rather than the semi attached town home we stayed in.

L’hôte fait son possible pour nous faire sentir à l’aise… mais c’est pas évident puisque nous devons cohabiter…
Les autres frais sont disproportionnés… le coût de la chambre est ok mais les autres frais sont complètement démesurés… voir indécents!
