The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had my breakfast and dinner and it was so good. There also have private onsen without any extra charges on it.
Definitely will stay in here agin if I visit Yufuin next time

Great onsen facilities and breakfast was delicious. Staff were all cheerful.
Room was a bit musty, but they had an air purifier so the unpleasant smell was gone in a few hours. Dinner was a bit bland to me.

Great location, comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. They even went above and beyond and made me a vegan breakfast!! when I said I don't eat meat. the view from the dining room is breathtaking. Even got some small gifts, which is always nice. The waffles in the room were so good that I went to buy some more at the reception! I couldn't recommend more. I really enjoyed my stay :) If you visit Yufuin you would really enjoy your stay here!
