Great location and check-in experience, but the lack of cleanliness made our stay very disappointing

The overall location was great for what we needed. The check-in and check-out process was amazing and very smooth, and the space was the perfect size for our group.

Unfortunately, the property was not cleaned properly before our arrival. I understand that it is more of an Airbnb-style accommodation rather than a traditional hotel, but the rooms and bathroom were not clean. We did not feel comfortable sleeping in the beds or using the shower, so we all ended up sleeping on the living room couches. This was very disappointing and significantly affected our stay.

Great stay!

The location is exceptional, everything is there in the proximity. The apartment is well furnished, clean and good wifi. Would come back!

The communication was very bad! I never was able to join the host. The building itself is smelly but it doesn't affect the apartment.

8 / 10

Pleasant stay in Downtown Syracuse

Easy to find, good size rooms, hvac ducting and pipe work was a really nice and authentic feature. Good pressure in showers. Comfortable living area and full access TV. Comfy bed made for pleasant sleep. Very nice and clean locale and felt quite safe.

Located above a bar so some noise pollution from music being played. No plugs in bathroom sinks. Hassled by panhandlers on arrival.

Spacious, clean and well equiped but much older than it appears on the photos. Central location.

It would have been a really nice stay if it weren’t for the bar downstairs blasting music until 2:00 a.m. every night of the week. Not just a little "noisy", it was so loud the floors would literally vibrate. Impossible to sleep before the bar closes.
