Cozy farmhouse with four simply furnished apartments in the famous wine area with the D.O.C. Montecucco. View of the hills around the valley of the river Ombrone. Quiet position. The house is surrounded by a well-kept lawn with pool, sun terrace and barbecue. Shared washing machine. The apartments, furnished in rustic style, have their own entrance. Accommodation: access via an external staircase leading to a 20 m² private balcony: Kitchen-living room (microwave, freezer), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Distances: 11 km Cinigiano (stores of all kinds), 20 km Paganico, 28 km Grosseto (riding school), 40 km from the Natural Park of Maremma and the medieval village of Montalcino, famous for its wines, 50 km from Siena and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Parco dell'Uccellina.
