This holiday home in the countryside is located in a hilly area near Licata, a beautiful town close to Agrigento, on the southern coast of Sicily. The sea is very close by and you can easily walk to Mollarella beach, comfortable and well-equipped during the day, which becomes the centre of lively summer evenings after sunset. Sea lovers will also find the bays of Nicolizia, Cavaddruzzu and Balatazze nearby, where small, almost private beaches alternate with cliff formations, these bays are very popular with snorkellers and divers. The house has a double bedroom with a loft with a single bed, spacious living room with sofa bed, kitchen with breakfast area, bathroom with shower, large furnished terrace, covered carport, barbecue and outdoor kitchen. The property is surrounded by a large garden characterised by ornamental plants and fruit trees, as well as characteristic almond and olive trees and a vineyard. Thanks to its central location on the southern coast of Sicily, you can also find several places of cultural interest in the vicinity of the holiday home. The owner keeps his dogs on site.
