We had a wonderful stay and we would stay here again.

Modern and large bathroom with rain shower, very clean and large apartment for 3 adults and one teenager. Communication with host was prompt and clear. Although it was a ground floor unit, it felt very secure.

The drying towel rack did not heat up and trash can cover in the bathroom was previously broken.

Great stay for 2 guests

Great location and extremely clean. The team was fantastic to deal with and prompt in answering any queries

This is a great option for 2 guests as you will be sleeping in a section of the apartment thats well insulated from noise. If you are more than 2 and one needs to sleep in outer section it is practically impossible to sleep due to the noise from the street. I will stay here again if it's just 2 guests. Overall a great stay and some great restaurants around - cant fault the area.

It was ok but a bit unlucky.

Walking distance to Duomo/city center and public transportation. Keyless access went fine.

The „appartement“ used to be a store, so it’s ground floor with a lot of glass front that makes it very noisy from the street espacially when you use it for more than 2 people (couch in the kitchen/ living room). There was construction going on in the house and backyard ( also in the middle id the night). Digital melodies in the middle of the night and door ringing sounds at 4:00a.m. that sounded like an alarm. One row of the towel heater was coming loose and hurt my arm out of the blue. The spot where you can switch on the heating/aircondition is not easy to find, so it was chilly for one day till we found the right spot to switch it on. The website for check in is poor and not easy to walk through when the links are not working or you switch shortly to another app.
