In general very good facility, building and apartment. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment is very complete and has everything you expected plus good additional details.
Some minor details in the bathroom needs to be repaired, e.g. lid of WC of main room. Also, pillows were not great, too big and not soft.

Fue vendido como un apto pero es una habitación no es un apto. Con el beneficio para los dueños que no hacen aseo a diario. Y se puede decir que para quien le gusta la TV no hay TV porque el volumen es casi nulo y está frente a nada muy lejos de la cama y al frente solo hay una silla

The location was great- easy to walk around and it felt safe. Front door was always manned by guard. Excellent contact and property information from owners before we arrived.
The property is neglected. The kitchen has no trash can, the kitchen sink leaks and is loose in it's mount, the refrigerator leaks water onto the shelves, the bathroom sink doesn't drain well, no dish soap or sponge in the kitchen or dish drying rack. We emailed the owners, and they said they would attend to these issues, but they never arrived to fix these items. There is no oversight by the owners, and we suspected that several of kitchen items were stolen.
