Great place to get away

Great place for the family and lots of space

Lost a day of use of the hot tub because it wasn’t steady set up and takes close to a day to heat

Not located in Las Vegas - Filthy and ill-maintained with unresponsive management!

The beds were comfortable.

This is the worst vacation rental I've ever stayed in at this price point! This place could be nice if it were properly cleaned and maintained however it is falling apart and filthy! Dirt and short curly hairs in all the bathrooms! The Fridge is broken and only a mini fridge is provided. Shower heads are broken. Bathroom vent fans are broken, Windows are filthy. Wall damages throughout. Hot water heater heater is not of sufficient capacity to fill the bathtub. Management is non-responsive and refused to address any of the repairs or cleaning issues we found upon arrival. They are falsely advertising the location as Las Vegas but It is in the furthest south part of Henderson. On departure I sent numerous emails, text messages and voicemails with a list of damages and cleaning deficiencies, but management ghosted me and refused to address my concerns, even after I escalated the complaint to Booking.com.

Perfect stay and we look forward to coming back!

Loved the size of the place. They were quick to respond to any of our questions and get us anything we needed right when we asked. Had a really good and easy stay!

We knew that the pool had a solar heater because they informed me of that when I called and asked about a pool heater the first day but we didn’t figure out that we had to actually turn on the solar heater for the pool until the last day. The pool was super cold our whole stay but it was also the end of summer so understandable but for future guests it would benefit them to know they can turn on the solar heater for the pool if it’s feeling a little cold.

Aside from minor hiccup's this place is 4.9 stars we LOVED our stay and will be returning customers.

1) The only thing standing from a 5 star review was a little hiccup in the door knobs. The issue was resolved in a timely manner, thank you 2) Hair dryers did not work in any bathroom. :( 3) The toilet in the hallway was really loud. It echoed through out the house and woke my littles a couple of times. They may need a new water pump.
