Located in the idyllic beachy Point of Rocks neighborhood, this cozy beach adjacent property is just steps to the sand on a low traffic, beach-vibe street. Stroll to the Gulf Coast’s magical emerald green water and silky sand of Siesta Key beaches. Our guests love how easy it is to get to Siesta Key Village via Siesta Key Trolley! The perfect space for families with two private bedrooms, full kitchen, full bathroom, large living room plus beach and Gulf of Mexico access is just eight steps away! Great for couples, groups of friends, families, locals, and well behaved furry friends. Wonderful, super clean end unit with linens, beach chairs, umbrellas provided. Enjoy the garden lounge area, BBQ, Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Beach, and Turtle Beach. There are numerous great things about our place on Siesta Key (eight steps to the sand, beach neighborhood, location, casual, can accommodate large groups to name a few) but one of the more unique features is that we allow short stays! One night, weekends, long weekends…we don’t have seven night, two week, or one month minimums! The Beverly offers parking for two vehicles. Guests must park only in the designated space for their unit. There is no street parking available. Keep in mind that there is no need for a car on the island. With many airport transportation options, carts, scooters, and bikes are a fun way to get around once you have reached your destination. We cater to the relaxed, casual, beach holiday traveler. We would be thrilled to welcome you to stay with us and we are proud to welcome you to our casual, cozy, beach home! We provide starter sets of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps and shampoos, etc.). There are several markets or grocery stores close by if your group requires additional more of these items. We have laundry facilities on site however we do not supply laundry detergent. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their stay against unplanned travel disruptions. A confirmed reservation is also confirmation and acceptance of the rental agreement found in "Other Things to Note". . Siesta Key Sample Weekend! Pre Check in: order groceries for pick up or delivery (Instacart, Publix, Target, Walmart) and arrange golf cart, scooter, snorkeling gear rentals, book boat tours, boat or Seadoo rentals, download The Siesta Breeze Trolley app Day 1: check in, short walk up the street to Midnight Pass Rd. and Point of Rocks Rd. to meet the Siesta Breeze Trolley. Ride down to Turtle Beach for a drink/appetizer at Turtle Beach Grille. Walk along the emerald shores of Turtle Beach. Hop back on the trolley and head to Siesta Key Village for dinner, music, shopping, people watching. Then grab the trolley, head south and exit trolley at Public Beach access 8 or 10. Time this to catch the sunset and stroll south to Point of Rocks (beach access 13) and back to the property. Day 2: Rise and shine! Half day Boat tour or SeaDoo rentals and half day at the beach. Dinner at one of the great seafood restaurants! Catch a magical sunset, hang out in the garden, or rest up for tomorrow! Day 3: Stroll up to Stickney Point Rd. for coffee. Spend some time exploring Point of Rocks and enjoy the beach. Half day up to Long Boat Key for lunch/dinner/drinks at Shore (amazing architecture and cool boat vibes!). Spend time in St. Armands Circle and/or downtown Sarasota at sunset (Marina Jack’s is a popular spot). Day 4: Morning walk on the beach or bike ride, collect personal items, check out, lunch in Siesta Key Village. Safe travels! We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene of our Short Term Rental properties. Our units are professionally cleaned and thoughtfully stocked with a basic starter kit for your stay. Our cleaning protocol includes: - Upon turnover of properties new clean linens are brought in and all linens on site, clean or soiled, are brought back to our laundry facility and laundered using high quality detergents. - Our Cleaning Teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols to help keep our guests safe. - We continue the use of hospital-grade disinfectants. - Unlike hotels, our typical guest stays 5 - 10 nights and is limited in the number of guests. Thereby drastically reducing exposure to large numbers of visitors. Traveling with a large group? The Beverly offers five breezy, comfortable, clean, unique beach-adjacent units. The Beverly is ideal for family reunions, multiple families vacationing together, corporate retreats, girls weekends, guys fishing/golfing getaways, and more! Guests who book with us agree to the following Rental Agreement. Please read carefully. -Furnishings may vary as we are under new management and are making upgrades. -We supply beach towels and chairs but not snorkeling gear or umbrellas. Rental options for those items are available, if interested, and are the guests responsibility. -We also supply all linens, basic kitchen essentials and cooking items, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, as well as, starter sets for bathroom essentials and household paper goods. -Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. -In the event of a weather emergency, guests agree to comply with instructions made by local and state authorities. -Guests agree to “hold harmless”, The Beverly Siesta Key, and release the aforementioned of any liability for any injury, condition of house/property, or natural occurrence while on vacation. -Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the owner and management company against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss. -Guests expressly recognize that any insurance for the property damage or loss which the owner may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of the guest, and that guests should purchase their own insurance for guests if such coverage is desired. Guests agree to use the property at their own risk and “child proof” as they deem necessary (bunk beds, access to ocean, street traffic). -Guests agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney’s fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the owner enforcing this agreement. -All reasonable efforts are made to ensure the safety of our guests. -Guests must notify the owner/manager without delay if a fire alarm “chirps” or has a low battery condition. -We are a no smoking property, including outdoor common areas. Odor from any type of smoke in the units results in an additional cleaning fee of $500. -Every reasonable effort will be made to correct unforeseen and unexpected maintenance issues in a timely manner. Refunds are not given for temporary loss/outage of internet, TV, AC, electrical, etc. or lack of personal preferred viewing content. Wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge use, or personal preferences with regard to internet or TV service. -We provide all linens, basic kitchen essentials, basic bathroom items, beach chairs, kayaks, SUP, and bikes (kayaks, SUP, bikes are first come first serve), shared patio, deck, and outdoor dining area…and a second to none location at the southern end of Crescent Beach. -In common/shared areas, guests agree to maintain a peaceful environment and clean up after themselves, disposing of garbage and collect personal belongings. Please note that the property is located in a quiet residential area and guests are expected to honor quiet hours. -Quiet hour starts at 10:00 PM where outdoor (and indoor) noise should be kept to a minimum. Guests shall not create noise or disturbance likely to disturb or annoy other groups in and on the property. Disruptive guests will be asked to leave causing forfeiture of security deposit and any unused rental amount. -Parking is tight and guests are limited to two vehicles. Directions for where and how to stack parking will be sent with check in instructions. -Valuable items left behind by a guest will be held and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the tenant for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 7 days, they shall become property of a charity of choice. Owner/manager shall not be held liable for the condition or return of said items.
