This charming 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom cabin nestled in the breathtaking beauty of Lake Lure. This rustic retreat showcases exceptional craftsmanship and offers magnificent mountain views that will leave you in awe. Perfectly located to explore Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Bat Cave and Asheville is just under an hour away! Step inside and feel the warmth of the cozy living space, enhanced by a charming gas fireplace that sets the perfect ambiance for relaxation and gathering with loved ones. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere for entertaining. As you venture outside, you'll be captivated by the panoramic mountain vistas that surround the property. Head up to the observation deck, where there is a beautiful lake view, and take a deep breath of fresh mountain air or unwind on the screened in deck. Retreat to the three well-appointed bedrooms, including 2 primary King Suites with private bathrooms and a bedroom with a full bed and shared bathroom, each offering a tranquil sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation. With an additional sleeping space on the upper level, convenience and privacy are guaranteed for all guests. Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled retreat, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom cabin offers the ideal blend of rustic charm, modern comforts, and breathtaking mountain views that will create lasting memories. Branching Out provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Exclusive Yonder Special: When you book Branching Out, you will receive a special code for discounted tickets to the Biltmore Estate! Home Truths: - Lake Lure will be undergoing a drawdown starting January 1st, 2024 through the first quarter of 2024(March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet has been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. The lake will likely be back up to normal levels by mid to late April. While we understand this is an inconvenience, this does allow you to enjoy the full beauty of Lake Lure in the fall and holiday season. - Sleeps in beds: 10 - Max Occupancy: 10 - Additional sleeping space includes 2 twin beds and a full bed in the game room - Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide their own linens - Internet Speed: Download - 1000Mbps - Cleaning fee: $270 Yonder openly shares & clearly posts our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of cleanness that surpasses any other vacation home; we literally guarantee it! Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet, we can recommend some alternatives nearby. Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discounts, and trip insurance.​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
