In any case, if the AC does not cool, we will not be held accountable for sending HVAC to fix the issue, the same goes for issuing you a refund if in any case, you wish to cancel and leave the house. **Extra cleaning request and Essentials -We only provide a STARTER KIT - A certain number of essential -We offer extra cleaning service at $280 for 2-week reservations and up. Extra cleaning service refers to doing a standard cleaning during mid-stay plus restocking of supplies. Things to note: ** Any house rule violations will be subject to cancellation with a refund based on our cancellation policy. We will be reasonable as much as possible to make this an overall great stay between the both of us. ** We would like to inform you that we offer all the amenities listed on our platform. However, it's important to note that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to functionality issues with our amenities. These issues may be caused by natural disasters, previous guests, or normal wear and tear. We want to assure you that we conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of all our appliances and amenities. If, by any chance, you encounter any problems with our appliances or amenities during your stay, we kindly request that you give us the opportunity to address and rectify the issue before considering any cancellations. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits on weekdays to perform tasks such as "taking out the trash" or "watering the grass." Rest assured that these visits are limited to the exterior of the house, and our personnel will not enter the premises.
