Welcome to our newly constructed 4 Bed/2.5 Bath farmhouse-style home located in the heart of Five Points, just a short walk from a variety of delicious local restaurants and shops. Situated on a quiet, wooded side street, this charming home offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to the UGA campus, just about a mile away. Our cozy home provides ample space with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is nestled on a quiet side street just off Lumpkin St, offering sidewalks all the way to Five Points commercial district, campus, and Historic Downtown. Our open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room to the fully equipped kitchen and a large screened deck with its cozy sitting area, ideal for enjoying the serene surroundings. The main floor features a bedroom with a Queen bed, a foyer with a Twin sleeper sofa, a dining room, a half bathroom, and a laundry room for added convenience. Upstairs, the master bedroom awaits with a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom boasting 2 vanities and a stand-up shower. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms with King size beds and a second full bathroom with a tub/shower. The house was in a great location and nearby Five Points. Easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The house was also very clean and well decorated. The beds were also very comfortable. Highly recommend if you need a nice comfortable place in Athens.
