This 95m2 family home is located in Chamonix's quiet Pèlerins district, with a large garden and balconies offering magnificent views. It is perfect for a holiday with friends or family and can accommodate up to 10 people. We look forward to welcoming you! ## Logement Perfect for a mountain break with family or friends, you'll particularly appreciate its beautiful garden with a sublime view of the entire Mont Blanc range. Quiet but only 5/10 minutes by car from Chamonix town center, you'll also love its proximity to Lac des Gaillands, just 5-10 minutes away on foot. The house is on 3 floors with access to the ground floor or 1st floor. The accommodation comprises: 1st floor: The living space with a functional, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable lounge. Also available: raclette, fondue and pierrade. Beware to access the ground floor from the 1st floor there is a rather steep spiral staircase. 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom with 140cm bed and Mont Blanc view balcony and storage space 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm) and balcony with view 1 bedroom with bunk beds and chest of drawers 1 Italian-style shower room with toilet and washbasin Ground floor (direct access from garden): 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 1 room with sofa bed and chest of drawers 1 laundry room with washing machine 1 bathroom with toilet During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Iron, garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. The accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location in the heart of nature: Lac des Gaillands and its climbing site are just a 10-minute walk away. For a day of leisure and relaxation with the whole family, the Accro' Park des Gaillands adventure park is also nearby, and will delight children of all ages! For hikers, a multitude of hiking trails for all levels are nearby. And don't miss a visit to the Musée des Cristaux, less than 10 minutes by car from your accommodation, or 10 minutes by train (Pélerins station is a 5/10-minute walk away). To find out what's on during your stay, the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Tourist Office is a 5/10 min drive away. Numerous restaurants, bars and shops are nearby, including Super U des Pelerins, a 3-minute drive (10-12 minutes on foot) away for your daily shopping needs. The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you! You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus). We look forward to welcoming you! ## Emplacement A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. There are 10 ski areas in the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley, and a wide range of activities on offer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, etc.). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, accessible by funicular, and the Montenvers railway, which leads to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5km-long valley of glaciers. There are many landscapes to discover all year round. - Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city - Forest and country setting - Hiking trails (Jonction, Chalet des Pyramides, etc.) - All shops less than 10 minutes away by car. - Ski school: 10 mins by car - Aiguille du Midi pharmacy: 5-10 mins by car - O'Shop ski hire: 5-10 mins by car ## Transports From Chamonix Aiguille du Midi station: 5 min by car, From Chamonix-Mont-Blanc station: 7 min by car, From Geneva airport: 1h 07 min by car. The town centre can be reached in 10 minutes on foot from the bus and train stops.
