It is in a charming, pre-war, high-rise building with newly renovated lobby and elevators. The condo is located on 18th floor. Noise from the streets is not a problem due to the high-floor. The unit is air-conditioned, fully furnished and very tastefully decorated with high-end furniture, great quality linens and towels. BEDROOM: The bedroom faces the quiet courtyard. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a desk, office chair, a large closet and a small smart TV. The bedroom is on the darker and quieter side, which is perfect for sleeping in New York! LIVING ROOM The living has street views on one side. It is has good natural light from the street view. The living room has a leather futon/sofa-bed, coffee table, a comfortable chair and a 65” smart TV. The sofa bed is suitable for sleeping one adult or two small children. We can also provide a single-person "twin size" air mattress. KITCHEN The kitchen has a small dining nook. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooking stove/oven and coffee pot.
