There is a sand bar about 40ft off of the dock that keeps boats from the main channel from coming near the dock. - Pets are allowed, but an additional pet fee is required, so pets must be included on reservation. - Internet is available, and is a consistent connection, but speeds can vary and Streaming is very limited, but regular internet usage is usually not an issue. We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the main entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by phone, text, or email, during the duration of your stay.
