We were a group of 10. It does feel like a dorm, except for the one, traditionally set room for 2. The placing of the washing machine is ingenious. This is a simple but quaint accommodation - and definitely the best value-for-money deal we could get in Tokyo for our group. Thank you for the rice!

The only problem was the aircon in the second upstairs room for 4 that we could not get to work. Since we cooked, a little more cutlery and plates would have been useful.
