Welcome to Good Times 2 — a modern Smoky Mountain lodge designed for families and small groups. Built in 2018, this 3-level retreat blends modern amenities with cozy cabin charm. With three king bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private theater, and a game room, it offers plenty of space for up to 8 guests. Outside, enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, and covered decks with peaceful mountain views, all just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the National Park.

There were quite a few light bulbs burnt out, I ended up replacing them myself. Remote controls should be labeled, some bedrooms were missing all remotes, others had 2 or 3 direct tv remotes in them. Would definitely benefit from a general maintenance sweep. Other than those things it's a beautiful cabin, with amazing views, an attractive layout/design, and fair pricing.

Cabin was clean and exactly as advertised. Our college age kids enjoyed the pool table, movie room and hot tub. A great place to relax and enjoy time together.

Highly recommend this fabulous property! The cabin is roomy and absolutely stunning and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay fun and memorable. From the breathtaking views to the unique beautiful decor, you will not find a better place to make memories! Excellent location with easy access to main roads and a short drive to all the fun in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The owners were great with communication and provided so much detailed information. Much appreciated. We will definitely be back!
