About this house rental

Situated in Orem, this charming house for $125 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This property is a three bedroom, two bath home in North Orem with a kitchen, living room and TV/family/game room. You'll be comfortable year round with our heating/ air conditioning system. There's a fenced back yard, patio, and plenty of parking in our double carport with a 50 amp charging outlet. We are in a nice neighborhood with a great view of Mount Timpanogos with convenient access to I-15, BYU, UVU, Provo Canyon and all Utah Valley destinations. We are just 45 minutes from Salt Lake City. Our 3 level split was built in the 60's but has been recently renovated. It is very clean and comfortable with a touch of vintage nostalgia. We have a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and disposal, as well as dishes, pots & pan, and cooking utensils. We have a coffee maker with free coffee and hot chocolate, mixer, toaster, waffle iron, and blender. All dish towels, dish soap, and hot pads are provided. We have a washer and dryer in our 2nd bathroom and include detergent and fabric softener. Wireless internet provided and smart TVs in the family room and master bedroom. We welcome families and can comfortably sleep 6 with extra capacity on couches and blow up mattress for 4 more. We also have a play-n-pack for a small one as well as a high chair. Our family room boasts a vintage bumper pool/poker table, magnetic dart board, large scale checkers and a variety of puzzles, games and toys. Outside we have a basketball hoop and a fenced backyard with patio furniture and cornhole game. This is a great place to relax and enjoy Utah Valley. Our family has created a life time of memories at our GG’s house and invite you to do the same!

What a great place to stay! Arrival & entry were a breeze; we were greeted with fresh baked gingerbread and clean, fluffly blankets to snuggle in on a chilly evening! Everything was clean and decorated so cute! The house is quaint, but had ample space for 6 adults to play board games, watch TV, and bake in the kitchen. The hosts were quick to respond and I'd give them an A+ on communication. The location gave us quick access to shopping, the canyon, the freeway, and was the perfect spot for visiting family that live in Provo and Saratoga Springs. We will definitely stay again and reccomend as a great place for you!

Early Christmas with adult children and grand baby was made easy here! Lots of room and quiet spaces. Amazing view and close to great hiking spots, stores and restaurants. Lovely option for us to all be together and relax, thanks again!

We loved staying in this home it was very clean. We loved the Hot Chocolate bar and Cinnamon Bread. Thanks for sharing your home with us. The Grand kids also loved the Vintage feel to this home.

Clean, well-supplied, and convenient. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and safe. It was indeed a vintage house (including creaking floors, etc.), but the listing makes that clear going into it. The hosts reached out just enough to make sure things went well, without overdoing it. A good experience!

Great hosts. Easy directions. House felt like I was coming home to mom's. Felt comfortable. Easy access to the area and the interstate. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it.

The convenience of this home to the freeway, BYU, the canyon, etc is so beneficial. House was clean and had what we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the home feels like coming back to “moms house”. Very comfortable and convenient.

I would give this rental a 12/10!! This is a quaint, cozy, and lovely place to stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are newly renovated. Everything was clean and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for comfortable beds, a house with some charming personality and a homey feel this is the place for you. Getting into the property was smooth and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. Our family is definitely coming back to this specific rental! I think we have found our go to location when visiting the area, which we do regularly. Easy access to the freeway and great access to Utah County sites. Honestly, this was an ideal place to stay. So much room, wonderful location, right at the foothills of the mountains. Can’t say enough positive things. Perfect for our family of 6 and a wonderful deal.
