Furnished from top-to-bottom for total family comfort, this tropical retreat also boasts a gorgeous backyard space anchored by a sparkling pool and plenty of poolside lounge areas. A large, screened lanai is ready to welcome breezy outdoor living with features including two dining tables and a gas grill. There's even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after days at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the home's convenient location leaves you less than three miles from the sand and surf. 5th Avenue shops, bars, and restaurants are just over a mile away. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase scenic exterior views while also creating strong natural lighting throughout the interior. When you're not lounging by the pool, plush sofas and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. Each bedroom also comes equipped with its own smart TV for added flexibility and comfort. The spacious full kitchen comes equipped with everything you'll need to easily plan and prepare home-cooked meals. The upstairs primary includes a large private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. Everyday home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We were in Fl, for a wedding- the house accommodated all of us, close to the resort the wedding was held. Uber/lyft were reasonably priced as well. Pool area was nice and clean, only down fall was we opted for a heated pool and it wasn’t overly warm. House was nice and quiet, good neighborhood.

Th house was not very clean when we arrived. Dirty dishes put back into the cabinets and silverware drawers (ones that the dishwasher didn't get all the way clean). The floors left our socks and feet black after walking around for just a short period of time. We contacted about the pool not being heated like it was supposed to be when we arrived. We were told by the local management company that they never received a ticket to turn the heat one but they would come out and do that that evening (by this time it was to late to use the pool that day, so she stated she would ask for that day to be refunded). The next day it was still not warm before we left for the day so I called again adn was told I had to turn the heat up to the desired temp (this was not relayed to me at all from either Vacasa or the management company when I spoke to them the day before). So at 11am that morning I turned the temp up before we left for the day and when we returned at 6:30pm the pool was not warm at all! I went to the unit and discovered an error message code on the unit that looked as though it said there was a "high pressure refrigerant fault". Not sure what this meant but I texted with Guest Services again and the local management company did not reach back out to me that evening. So the next morning (Sunday) we woke up and 2 folks got showers first thing between 7 and 8 and had NO hot water. I texted Guest Services again and the had the local management company call me and she didn't have a

Villa Rainbow was perfectly laid out with first floor master for my elderly father and a second floor master for my wife and I. two additional bedrooms for our son and guests. Very comfortable and spacious. The beautiful oasis backyard swimming pool and enclosed patio were perfect for privacy and entertaining family Our Vrbo host, Elizabeth was OUTSTANDING!! She responded promptly to any questions or requests. We would love to book the same time frame or perhaps longer next year!

We stayed at Villa Rainbow over Christmas 2022. The house was everything we had hoped for. Our favorite place was the pool. With all the trees that surround the pool, it felt like we had our own little paradise. Elizabeth was quick to return texts if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this property and would rent it again if we are back in the area.

Thank you Lissi for hosting us! This house is in a superb location -close to shopping, restaurants, beaches. The pool is the highlight , beautiful palm trees and natural privacy. Lissi ws amazing host she answered all our questions and gave us all the flexibility to enjoy our vacation.
