Mere minutes away from Downtown, the East Village District, and the beach, the opportunities for fun in the sun are never-ending. All less than five miles away from your stay, explore Seaport Village, Balboa Park, the Japanese Friendship Garden, the San Diego Air & Space Museum, and the House of Blues San Diego. When hunger hits, rest assured that the city's food scene has something for everyone's taste. Sunkissed and happy, head back to your sweet retreat where the soft sofa in the living room provides a cozy place to kick back and tune into your favorite TV shows and movies. The home's well-equipped kitchen positively gleams with its suite of stainless steel appliances and pristine countertops. Whether you're eating takeout or a home-cooked meal, you will enjoy gathering around the formal dining table with your loved ones. The bedroom and bathroom are both sizable and kept cool thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. As evening nears, head back outside and sit in the front yard while cheering to another day on vacation! THINGS TO KNOW If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
