The staff were amazing. The hotel are super clean and very welcoming.
Special thanks to the manager Tung vu for making our anniversary the best, he went over and beyond than our expectations. My partner were very happy and will definitely come back with our other family for next time.

Excellent upmarket hotel, modern and sleek equipped with good amenities, located on top of steep road making it not ideal to walk around though, well presented reception staff but somewhat disorganised at the check-in hence in need of some improvement, all amenities very good, breakfast is a delightful buffet serving wide ranging menus appealing to every palate. Special thanks to Pattrick who extended valuable support to organise local travel, cruise bookings and airport transfers . Overall we had wonderful experience staying in this hotel.

Staff: The staff spoke good English and was super helpful with recommendations.
Location: the hotel was a bit farther but still a quick grab ride to downtown, beach club, and other Ha Long attractions.
Room: Clean, modern, and clean. The room was decent size and had everything that we needed.
Other: Breakfast was good but a bit pricey. Amenities and bar was good.
Overall, this was a good stay!
