The internet connection was surprisingly good and worked reliably wherever we were in the property. This was especially useful with our teens, who liked having some downtime in the evening. They streamed movies without any interruptions or constant buffering, which kept everyone happy.

There was no unnecessary fuss or overly formal attention, but whenever we needed something, the staff were quick to respond and handled everything in a very professional way. We especially liked that they seemed to understand when to give guests their own space, while still being available whenever help was needed. We tested the room service one night when we were too tired to go back out for dinner. We placed the order fairly late and honestly expected to wait a while, but our supper arrived at the room in only about 15 minutes. It was surprisingly fast for a late-night order. The whole process was simple and hassle-free, which was exactly what we wanted after a busy day exploring Vietnam.

This hotel ticked every box for our group holiday. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. Liam, Jenni, and Lily especially made us feel like valued guests. We had no problems during our stay and left with wonderful memories. We'd gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Tên trên app khác với thực tế, nên gây hoang mang cho khách khi đi tìm khách sạn và gây hiểu lầm rằng khách sạn rất ok, bể bơi trong mái tôn, cảm giác nước ko sạch, bồn rửa mặt vẫn còn tóc của khách trước trên mặt bàn, 1 phòng điều hoà không tự điều khiển được
