The whole team made an effort to make our family feel at home, especially our children. They remembered the kids' names and always greeted them warmly, which we thought was very sweet. Before we left, the staff gave each of them a small souvenir at check-out. It was an unexpected surprise and a lovely way to end our stay. The children were excited about their gifts, and we were touched by how thoughtful the team had been. These little moments made our family experience even more meaningful.

I really appreciated the blackout curtains in the room. They worked well at keeping the early morning sunlight out, so the room stayed dark for much longer. I could sleep in without being disturbed by the brightness outside. It's a small feature, but it made the mornings much more relaxing and helped me get a proper rest.

I had breakfast delivered to my room one morning and it arrived hot and nicely arranged on the tray. It was simple, but I really enjoyed being able to have a quiet breakfast without having to go downstairs.

The pastries tasted fresh, the noodles were served hot, and there were different fruit juices to choose from. We also liked how clean and roomy the restaurant was. Even when larger families came in, there was enough space for everyone to sit comfortably. Having a good meal in a relaxed setting made our mornings more enjoyable.
