We came here for one night as it was close to Halong Bay Cruise. Very modern hotel. The room was first class with wood furniture and cabinetry. Its an ideal place if you want to be near the cruise boats.

It’s a good property , staff is well mannered .
No room service , no concierge .
They try to charge you even for a dirty towel . What are towels for in the room , not to be used ?
Why is also not mentioned anywhere of no room service? The only reason I booked a good chain was to get the facilities
