Totally worth it for two people or three! Tastefully done.

Beautiful apartment, top location. Has all you need, good value and the owner was very responsive and accomodating.

It got quite cold at night. The living room light is quite harsh and the lamp doesn’t work

5 / 10

Disappointing, needs some attention to detail

Location was fantastic, very close to the beautiful old town, easy to get to and check in was smooth. Very nice restaurant (Lyk) just underneath the apartment, would recommend dining there if you are staying!

The photos on the listing are quite generous, whilst they are technically accurate they do not give a true representation of the apartment. The bedroom is tiny, the lamp was not plugged in behind the bed so we had to pull the entire bed out to plug it in (this should have been checked prior to check in). The bathroom is in need of updating, the sliding door is awkward to use and does not lock. The big shower head is broken and using the little one totally floods the bathroom, resulting in mold, a damp smell and us having to go in the bathroom with our outdoor shoes on making it very dirty after a few days. There was a lack of basic amenities, shower gel for example was not provided which I would consider a basic provision. There was also no bin in the bathroom. There was also a lack of attention to detail, there was a canister for sugar but it was empty, there was an empty air freshener in the cupboard, 1 of the glasses was chipped and the other dirty, extractor fan completely full of dust. The towels were also poor quality and the blinds in the bedroom might as well have not been there, they were totally see through. Unfortunately after reading other reviews I can see this has been mentioned for almost a year so it seems as though the owner has no intention of improving the facilities. Communication was poor also as after 1 day we received a message from the host telling us to check out and we had over stayed our booking, this was inaccurate as we had booked for 3 nights, they had messaged the wrong guests and were referring to a different apartment. Overall for the price we paid the accommodation was passable but we would not return if we were to visit Poznan again.

6 / 10

Great location but would not stay here again

Easy check-in and fantastic location, easy to walk to main square in minutes.

The photos in the listing are not all of this apartment!! It is misleading. There is a bedroom pictured which was not in this apartment! The apartment needs some renovation. There were broken shelves and blinds (no blackout blinds) that didn't pull down. It was hard to sleep because of no proper blinds :( The flat is not suitable for three! The bedroom and bathroom only have a sliding door that doesn't lock or even close properly! The bathroom had no working extraction fan and the overhead shower went everywhere all over the bathroom so it was wet all day (the shower was also a mouldy). The bedroom.is tiny and barely space for a bed. It's a great location and quite cheap but not very cheerful unfortunately. There was an old stained blanket on the sofa which looked like a dog blanket.

6 / 10

Good location and clean, but ruined by misleading parking info, poor soundproofing, and an unhelpful host.

The apartment is in a very good location and was quite clean upon arrival.

The listing inaccurately mentions "parking on site," but it is actually highly crowded street parking where it is impossible to find a spot just to stop, and the rates are high. Additionally, the sound isolation is poor, and the host was completely unsupportive - when the electricity went out, they couldn't solve it and we had to fix the issue ourselves.
