Kitchen needs improvements

Location, privacy, comfy bed, balcony

Lack of a microwave was rather surprising. Impossible to turn the hob on. No instructions/kitchen was thus unusable

Średnio utrzymana czystość, najbardziej zależało mi na kuchni, jednakże garnki i patelnie nie nadawały się do użytku. Sztućce i talerze brudne, a w zmywarce stała woda.

Nice, modern apartament in a secure building, with everything one needs for a comfortable stay, very close to Stary Rynek.

A well located apartment but a little dated

Location was good and checkin was easy.

The apartment seemed a little wore out. It would be good to have a little maintenance and update. Towels were old and one was ripped, There was no wifi at all. It seemed to lack a bit of good property management.

A great stay and exceptional service

I had the pleasure of staying in a conveniently located apartment right in the heart of the city. The staff and security were incredibly friendly and approachable, making communication easy despite any language barriers. Any minor inconveniences I encountered during my stay were promptly addressed and resolved by the attentive management. The building and apartment themselves were exceptionally modern and luxurious, providing a truly high-end experience. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for an exceptional stay

Exept for the above , we had a great stay. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. Real assets.

Nice and comfortable and very central

You really let yourself down with allowing my friends to check in into the flat with a cracked toilet seat, which we had to stick it with a plaster. ☹️ Quality apartments with poor maintenance management.

Nicely located small studio

Central location. The apartment has good lighting and it has different appliances and housewares for a short stay

There was not coffee to prepare for breakfast. The bed in the bedroom was not super comfy but ok. In general a good place for two (couple), we were three and it turned chaotic because of the single bathroom being in the bedroom

Great nice apartment with location just in the city center.

Great location and nice cozy apartment.

The whole apartment is just one big room, so based on the pictures you might get confused that there is one separate bedroom.

Recommend for stay!

Location is perfect, you are in the heart of the old city, all necessary is in the nearby. Excellent mix of price snd quality.

L’emplacement

We had booked 3 rooms for 7 people for 2 nights. In the room for 3 people the sofa bed had a broken slat, which obliged us to book another room in another establishment (110€!!!) We agreed to keep one night and wanted to cancel the second, the establishment refused us the possibility to do so. A pitiful commercial gesture of 70 pnl was granted to us. Booking.com has no insurance in this situation! Their answer is to deal with what you are given! ... it's sick!

Location was perfect. Airconditioning was good and able to cool the whole apartment quickly. The apartment doorman was very nice and helpful. Nice to have some sort of personal touch

Communication with the host was awful. First off the apartment we reserved wasnt available due to damages. Not a problem but a shame we werent informed until we contacted the host about the fact that we had no balcony even though we paid more to book one. The showers in both our rooms were a disaster. Water would flood quickly and make it very difficult for one to shower. Stains on the couch were another issue. As well as very dirty ventilation in the bathroom. From our perspective it looked like it was never cleaned. We contacted the host about this issue and were given an apology and told it would get cleaned. This never ended up happenening. Upon contacting the host again about the shower issue we were ignored. Evidentally the host does not care about the well being of her guests. The pillows were thin, we basically slept on the matress or our arm. Asking the host for an extra pillow was also ignored. The general condition of the apartment was rather poor. Maybe a year or two ago it would have been perfect but things are shaky and starting to get loose. In conclusion: our experience was that the host doesnt care about you as a guest. And that the apartment is definitely past its prime with dirty couches and ventilation. Next time we're in Poznan we'll stay somewhere else

great value for money would book again

Area was very good,security was good made you feel extra safe,fantastic shower,only 5 mins walk to the square plenty of eating places,tram transport just at top of the road,nice and quiet

No toaster,couldnt get WIFI,not much storage in bathroom,toaster not alot of people like toast just a personal prefrance
