Clean and close to almost all downtown location.
You could get stuck in this property as there is always a chance that a protest can happen and this is on the main square where most protest happens so you might not be able to leave the hotel. Always check the date if you use it as a location for flying out from Zagreb.

The hotel has spacious rooms and a very nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. Its location is excellent: very central, close to Ban Jelačić Square, the main square of Zagreb, and conveniently near a tram stop.
Breakfast offers a good choice of both hot dishes, such as omelettes and pancakes, and a cold buffet. However, the main issue is that breakfast is served until 11:00, but if you arrive after 9:30, the buffet selection is already quite limited because items are not properly replenished. This is not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel.
Another downside was the Wi-Fi, which was not very stable during the stay. Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, especially the room and location, but the breakfast service and Wi-Fi need improvement.
