Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Such a cute spot right in town, the view from The balcony is stunning and such a joy to wake up to. I loved the heated floors, such a nice touch especially during the cold winter months. I have a cabin up here and wasn’t able to stay there for my birthday weekend and this place made me feel right at home. I will absolutely stay here again!

Great place, nicely appointed, comfortable beds, fantastic location! Walk downstairs and you are on the main street of downtown Grand Lake and at the Hub, a great coffee shop! . I will definitely be staying at this condo again!
