The primary bedroom includes a desk area for remote work needs and a smart TV for en suite entertainment. Two full bathrooms offer household convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We absolutely loved our stay here! Grand Lake has become one of our favorite places to travel as a family. The condo was absolutely perfect! The most beautiful views as well! It had TONS of room, was walking distance to restaurants, stores, the lake. The parking garage came in handy during the snow as well! Will definitely be back! Thank you so much for letting this experience be so wonderful!

Beautiful condo above the best cafe in town. Short walk to the lake and beach. Huge second story deck with lovely views of town and the mountains beyond. Garage parking is a bit tight, but it’s priceless having a reserved spot on a busy summer weekend. Great place.

The huge balcony was wonderful with great views of downtown and the mountains. The condo was clean enough but we saw some spots on the floor and the cupboards were dirty but overall it was fairly clean. The furniture could be more comfortable

Pros: * Great location - easy to walk everywhere in town. * New build, clean. * 2 bedrooms including separate master bedroom and bathroom. * Plenty of room to hang out both indoor and outdoor. The games provided were a nice bonus! * Big, beautiful kitchen * Amazing view of the mountains from inside living room and master bedroom. * The HUB downstairs has amazing breakfast and lunch. * Garage was a must with all the snow! Read communication you receive carefully to know what the garage code is. * Easy access to 2nd floor with steps or elevator. * Vacasa was very responsive. * Lots to do nearby in both summer and winter. Cons: * It has radiant heat and this does require an explanation of how to use thermostat. We were very cold the first night and hot the second until we figured it out. A sign explaining how to use would have been very helpful. * Master bed is not comfortable. It has some kind of cover on the mattress and pillows (I'm sure to keep clean) and every time you move on it, it makes a lot of noise. * The fees that Vacasa charges are high in comparison to other available units in town so be sure to look carefully at the price you are going to be charged. They say it is for housekeeping. Unlike other places we have stayed in the past there is no list of thing you have to do before you leave (strip beds, run dishwasher, take out trash, etc.) and maybe that is why they charge more, but it seemed excessive and we would have rather pay less and have to take care of some housekeeping things.

The location, patio, kitchen and VIEWS are great features of this unit. The views of downtown and the mountains are visible from the main room, kitchen and queen bedroom. Would have given 5 stars, but the couches and beds are not as comfortable as we had hoped. This is listed as no pets; I have severe pet allergies and know for sure that there has been pets on the couch, blankets and bedding.

We loved being able to watch the parade from the 2nd floor balcony, it would have been nice to have had an umbrella in the patio table which had a hole for that purpose. The parking spot assigned to the unit was too small to use and be able to open the car doors so we had to park outside. Although it was a beautiful location, none of the furniture was comfortable, the beds were substandard and the overpriced cleaning fee was obviously not used between us and the last guest! In a million-dollar condo, I expected higher standards! There was grease all over by the stove and spots of dried food on the beautiful granite countertops. The grout in the master shower was not cleaned and parts were broken off, it was the world’s worst toilet paper. The lamps would not plug into the wall. The tv in the living room would not work correctly. When we called the number listed on our confirmation, it was the wrong number so we called the one listed in the handout in the unit and she had no idea what to do, put us on hold and disconnected us! Very disappointing, to say the least, we should get our cleaning fee back since we had to clean before using the kitchen!

The condo was clean and just as pictured. The location in town can’t be beat. Easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, the theater, park and beach. Kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and cookware. Just bring your own coffee, cooking spray, condiments, food etc and you are all set. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, soap and hairdryers. Washer and dryer are full size just bring your own detergent. The deck was huge and not very usable in the winter, but would be amazing in summer. We’ll definitely stay here again.

One of my favorite things is the very large deck that sits right above a nice coffee shop. It’s nice being able to go down the stairs and walk to everything in town. I also thought the paintings in the condo were very nice. The kitchen was amazing and has everything you need for almost every meal. I think this is probably one of, if not the nicest place to stay in Grand Lake

Beautiful newer condo. Great location, right downtown. Quick walk to the lake and Marina. Kitchen was equipped well, just bring your food and extras like olive oil etc……

I stayed at this condo for two nights mid-July with adult family and everyone was really impressed with the place. Super clean. Very new and luxurious finishes and wonderful kitchen for cooking. A HUGE outdoor deck. Convenient access to your car in the garage and a great walkable location in town. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Rocky Mountain MP!
