Located in Grand Lake, this attractive house for $450 per night is a great option for your next trip. **This cabin is located in the Town of Grand Lake, NOT Estes Park** In-town home perfect for large families. Walk all around town or relax on the deck with lake views! Comfortably sleeps 14 with three bathrooms! Plenty of parking to haul your summer and winter toys!! Three level home with a pool table/bar room, private bedroom and 3/4 bath with shower on the lower level. Open floor plan on the middle level with kitchen, dining and living room plus 2 bedrooms and bath, and, on the third floor another private bedroom and an amazing sleeping loft with bath. Relax on the deck with a view of Grand Lake or gather round the outdoor fire-pit in the evenings. Right by trail head and walking distance everywhere in Grand Lake! This house is beautifully appointed and offers everything to make your Grand Lake vacation one you will never forget! Cable and WiFi included. *Please note that this home does has a fire pit but wood on the property is not for guest use, however several places in town sell wood by the bundles! The home was perfect for celebrating my husband’s 65th birthday with 7 couples from all over Colorado. Bed’s were comfortable, we cooked every meal at the home, fun game room and a fantastic deck with beautiful views. The only complaint is we reserved it for 14 people and we were given 3 garbage bags, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 extra roll of toilet paper on the main level. We ran out of all of those items. We are paying enough, I don’t want to have to bring those items. Also, we didn’t have a dumpster at the property, it was at the rental office location. Luckily one of our guests had a truck. I didn’t want to haul garbage from 14 people and many meals in a car. Loved the property, just a few items could be improved. Checkout was easy and we weren’t expected to do a lot of clean up at the home which was fantastic.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! Clean, spacious and at a great location. Easy check-in and check-out process. We had an unforgettable Christmas in this cabin! It has an amazing view of the lake and surrounding area on all floors, located within walking distance to the village, and beautifully decorated. Kids loved playing outside with snow and we liked the privacy and location of this gorgeous home. Highly recommended!

We had 10 of us staying at M&M cabin - 3 couples and adult children for a friends renioun of sorts. Everything about our stay was outstanding. This cabin has everything you need. We had lots of fun down in the game room. The kitchen was top notch, TV in living room was excellent, the bedrooms / loft worked out great for the group. The firepit was used twice (you do need to go into town to get wood - no biggie). Easy walk to town that we did several times. Some nice hikes / waterfall close by. Overall our entire group thought it was 10 out 10. The group even managed to have quite the sing-a-long fun at the Grand View Lodge to top off a memorable weekend. Can't go wrong with this place!

We rent a cabin in Grand Lake every year and this has by far been the best one yet! The cabin is spacious and had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for the entire family. The basement was a big hit and our family had fun playing pool, darts and shuffle board. The views were amazing and we even had a moose walk through the property. The location to the town and lake was perfect. Just a short 5 minute walk. We hope to be back soon!

The house was perfect for our group. Well decorated for Christmas and clean. The description should be updated because there is more to the house than what was described. In the loft, one area is open, but the second area has a door making a bedroom. I think there is more square footage than what was listed. The house seemed bigger then the 2,000 square feet indicated. I do not think the basement area was included.

This house is a great place for lot's of people to comfortably stay, while still enjoying their privacy. The game room with pool table downstairs is definitely a plus and out of the way so as not to disturb anyone. The only minor complaint would be the lack of enough and/or speciality cookware but our overall experience was very good.

M &M Lodge was everything we wanted in a family vacation experience by the lake.The lodge sits perfectly above the main street of the city, so you can see the lake from the porch and walk right into town or the Marina!Sleeps plenty and gives you privacy rooms as well. Was perfect for cooking, grilling, Movie time ( with great seating for , pictures of the house don't even do it justice)Also the property is in great spot to walk to trails right out the door step!Thank you M & M lodge for such a clean, and newly renovated unit that fitted all my families needs and more!Can't wait to book another trip at this very spot next year for another Grand Lake adventure!

This was our second time staying at M&M Lodge and it did not disappoint. The cabin has a warm cozy feel and it has been recently upgraded with 2 additional bedrooms, bathroom, new flooring and counter tops. Love the decor and all the cabin has to offer with a beautiful view, a basement full of activities with darts, pool table and shuffle board. Couldn’t have had a better experience staying there, highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Grand Lake!

We could walk to shops and restaurants and there is a great hiking trail just down the road. The Lodge was beautiful and very clean. It was decorated just like you would picture in a Colorado cabin. A perfect place for two families to vacation in Grand Lake. Easy walk to town or to the lakefront or to the North inlet trailhead. 1 mile to Adams Falls. Quick drive or boatride to the national park or Lake Granby (great for boating).While we were there we had moose in the front yard, deer in the backyard, a beaver down the road and we spotted a bald eagle while on the lake.Highly recommend this great house in a great spot.

14 of us stayed at the M&M lodge at Grand Lake. The lodge is only a 5-10 min walk to the Lake beach/ and Marina. The house was very clean and big enough for all of us . The down stairs game room was used by all. Plenty of parking for the four cars/ truck. Everyone just loved the cabin. I would stay there again.
