Located in Gettysburg, this lovely house for $299 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Charming, newly renovated 3 story home located in the heart of downtown, historic Gettysburg. Lincoln Square, Lincoln Train Station, local shops, many restaurants, Majestic Theater, Gettysburg College are all within a few minutes’ walk. Our home offers comfortable sitting areas with smart TVs, on all three levels, providing plenty of areas for relaxing. Our third level sitting area has a game table for games of chess, checkers, backgammon, cards and games. We have an original claw foot soaking tub to enjoy after a day spent touring the Gettysburg Battlefields. No worries, the tub also is equipped with 2 shower heads. We have a lovely front porch with rockers and a quaint, shaded sitting area out back. This sweet home boasts of many cozy areas to congregate and the eat in kitchen is no exception. The kitchen table can seat 8. Our kitchen is newly equipped with a gas range/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender and plate/ cup service for 12. Free high speed internet and basic cable are provided. We also have an assortment of teas and coffees for your enjoyment as well as a DeLonghi coffee system for our coffee connoisseurs, along with a coffee grinder to make the most perfect cup of Joe. No worries, if a more simple coffee or tea is preferred .. a Keurig is also available. We offer a keyless entry system into our home for easy access to come and go as you please. For your convenience, we offer 2 complimentary parking spaces on the 1st floor of the covered parking garage, literally just a few steps away from the house. Our home has been fully approved by the Borough of Gettysburg and is ADA compliant, having a first floor ADA accessible outdoor ramp, full bath and first floor bedroom. Our home is directly across the street from the well known civil war monument, located next to the Gettysburg Fire Department. We ask that respectful noise levels be observed after 10:00pm, so as not to disturb neighbors.

Pete and Tina are fantastic hosts, very responsive to any inquiries. The house is just off the square so easy walking distance to town. It’s an old house with all that charm but has been updated perfectly. We’ll be going back for sure!

Our group stayed over Dedication Day weekend. The house is perfectly located for a Gettysburg visit. All the town’s shops, restaurants, and museums were easily walkable within minutes, while battlefield and Visitor Center a brief drive. Reserved spots in garage were located right behind home and downtown square. The home itself was a blend of comfort and luxury with a historic feel. The coffee bar was a bonus for all our group who appreciate great java to start your day. Tina and Pete were friendly and responsive in all communication, and generous hosts providing some unexpected and welcome treats. Highly recommended and plan to stay here again in future visits.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in downtown Gettysburg. The host was very good with communication and the house was better than expected. With a family of six that includes 4 teens, we really appreciated that the layout of the home features a sitting room and bedrooms on every level so we could all have our own space. We also enjoyed the well stocked coffee coffee bar and pastries supplied by the hosts. It was a very nice touch. I was concerned about the parking set up, but it was very close and ended up being a blessing because we arrived in the pouring rain. We were able to unload our car in the covered parking garage and then it was a short walk to the house. Overall, it was a great stay and we hope to stay at this property again in the future!

We loved the location. We were close to the center of town but it was far enough off the beaten path that it was peaceful. The house was well stocked and we felt welcome from the time we walked through the gate! We will definitely be back !!

Perfect location to center of town, easy access to the battlefield park, free covered parking, comfy beds, clean, ADA accessible and sweet treats waiting upon our arrival, stocked coffee bar and water. Beautiful place, The host are very kind and great communication!! When we come back to Gettysburg we will absolutely stay here again!

This house has been beautifully renovated, with the added blessing of a handicap ramp, walk/roll in shower with a bench, and a bedroom with a lower bed, all on the first floor. There is a full bath and two bedrooms on the second floor, and one bedroom on the top floor. There are also two reserved parking spaces just behind the house in the parking garage, which was hugely convenient for our family of six with two vehicles. The heart of downtown is literally around the corner, but you are just far enough from the main street to not have all the hustle and bustle. It's quite a relaxing place. We sat on the front porch and it was fairly peaceful. Restaurants and shopping, along with all the historical locations that you expect when you visit Gettysburg, are just a minute away. One thing we weren't expecting is that the train tracks are still actively in use, and trains went through several times, usually late at night. There is one house between the house and the tracks, so it sounds like it's going right through the downstairs. We actually got a real kick out of it and didn't find it to be overly disruptive at all, as the noise only lasts less than a minute. We received the check in info and instructions well before we arrived. The hosts also take great care to really add some thoughtful conveniences and touches that really made our stay extra special. I would whole-heartedly recommend this home to anyone planning a visit. It's a gem!

Had a group of 5 retired work friends head to Gettysburg for a 5 day vacation and “field trip”. Some of us had ancestors that fought and died in the battle. We went to Antietam and Harpers Ferry as well 1 hr away. This was my first time doing the house route instead of a hotel. Could not have been more pleased. The house was immaculate, up-to-date, close to everything, (1 block from Gettysburg Square) great parking, yet had that “vintage” 1860’s flavor. Tina and Peter were great hosts and communicated appropriately and when needed. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and each was unique and the beds were very comfortable. Our 5th friend slept on the couch which was a pullout but the couch was so comfortable he didn't bother. We mostly used the back entrance which has a disability ramp, while we were not in need of it, this feature could be critical for a different group. The kitchen and kitchen dining area we used several times and it was fully stocked. The 2 bathrooms were very clean and perfect for the 5 of us. The living room was spacious and inviting and we gathered there many times a day. The 3rd floor bedroom has a really cool den as well. If I ever come back with a group of friends-we will totally stay here again. Super happy abd WAY better than the hotel route.

We have always loved visiting Gettysburg. Great town, amazing history. This house was a welcomed addition to the things we love about this town! Communication was perfect, clear, friendly, and helpful. The house was super clean, convenient, easy access, great parking, spacious, welcoming, and so so nice! The extra touches added by Pete and Tina were so special and perfect upon our arrival. Our stay couldn’t have been better and we are very grateful! We’ll definitely look to stay at Codori Place again!

This house is amazing. Newly renovated and sparkling clean, the owners have thought of everything! From two parking spaces steps from the home, to luxurious linens and towels in all four beautifully decorated bedrooms, water and sparkling water in the refrigerator, a well-stocked coffee bar, and delicious pastries upon arrival, we immediately felt welcome. The bedroom on the first floor was essential for a mobility impaired member of our party, the downtown location was ideal for afternoon strolls, and the responsiveness of the owners was superb. If we ever return to Gettysburg, this is where I want to stay.

Could not have enjoyed our stay at this home more! Our group of 8, 4 adults and 4 children had plenty of room to gather and enjoy the town of Gettysburg. The home was beautiful and clean. The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We can't wait to stay in this home again on our next visit. The town of Gettysburg has so much to offer so we can't wait to come back!

Oh my goodness, I don’t know where to start! We have rented VRBO/vacation rentals for 20 years and have never been so impressed upon entering a home! This beautiful home was was immaculate and the welcome card and baked goods were very appreciated after a long drive. We loved the three levels of beautifully decorated spaces provided us with plenty of room and privacy. We loved the backyard seating in the evenings. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family emergency but we will be back and will definitely book this property next year; we are all looking forward to it! If you are searching for a VRBO in Gettysburg, look no farther! This gem earns 10 stars from our family!

This was the most perfect setting for our family of 10 (6 adults & 4 children—ages 2-5-6-7) Parking outside the back door made it easy—walking to town was just around the corner—our hosts were so very kind & generous—Codori Place on Stratton is filled with anything you might need to make it feel like a home away from home—it is filled with history & warmth! What a perfect start in historic Gettysburg! Thank you Tina & Pete. Y'all were amazing hosts! We especially loved the coffee bar and sweets upon arrival. This location had it all - 5 plus stars - cleanliness, comfortable beds, lots of space and well stocked with every amenity you could need. Easy and quick communicatation with the hosts and so thoughtful with every detail. We would stay again any time!!
