アルペンルートのチケット売り場が目の前とはびっくり！とても助かりました。お部屋、トイレ、浴室、ダイニング全てが清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。フリーのコーヒーや、洗面所のアメニティも充実していました。

とにかく夕食が美味しかった。
トイレをはじめ、共有部分がが清潔。
風呂がコンパクトでくつろげました。
コーヒーのサービスがあり、静かな雰囲気で落ち着けた。

Very close to the Tateyama station. New, modern design in a well-constructed building. Property has 2 private rooms and 2 dormitory style rooms. Very clean and neat. Restaurant open to non-guests and serves lunch and coffee.
Have travelled to the country several times in past 2-3 years. On the trip, stayed in 8 different properties. This is the only one on this trip where the service is cold and unwelcoming. First staff member we came across was hurried and businesslike when we dropped off our bags. Later, looked for where we could get some hot water. Kettle was available in the setup for morning breakfast. Asked if there were cups or mugs we could use. None. It's ok but the manner was a brush-off by the same staff member. Seems either the team is over-stretched and tired, or they have enough business (which they seem to have). Many house rules, some in uncharacteristically and unnecessarily terse language.
